A parking bay should have legal standard size of 3 meters

Petition Details

Parking bays are too small and you can't get out you car once parked. I'm disabled and find it hard to get out my car when I can't find a disabled parking bay, because they're all taken. I'd like to see a legal minimum size bay of 3 meters since most car parks charge
