If Parliament fails to approve an Agreement to Leave, UK shall Remain in EU.
The Government's position that if it fails to find a suitable agreement to leave the EU then the UK will walk away. Especially given that the economy of both the UK and Europe are growing inside the EU, failing to find agreement should, as Article 50 allows, lead to the UK staying in the Union.
