Increase the wage and better the working conditions for security operatives
For the last 30 years door staff wages have dropped from 12 ph downt to some guys working for nmw .
People dont realise that as a security operative you are sometimes putting your life on the line . Is hospitalisation or in some cases death worth £10ph or less ???
The wages in the security industry haven't gone up in 30 years infact they have gone down . We are petitioning for an increase in wages to to the increase in threat , the increased cost if living , the money we have to pay the sia(home office ) to work in the security industry and the cost of our dignity when it comes to conpanies exploiting our situations to pay sometimes below minimum wage .
