Replace number plates with a road-tax disk like bar code

Petition Details

Many people do not like the look of number plates due to the bulky look & on many new cars, they do not seem to match aesthetically. Also, number plates can be stolen easily however with a tax-disk like sticker it is harder. It would reduce the amount of number plate thefts; assisting the police.

Additional Information

For police investigation, they can read it like a number plate and it will come up on the police computer with all of the vehicles details.
