allow us to convert our older cars to be more green, giving incentives to do so
currently low emission cars are being pushed with incentives. with no alternatives , this is wrong we should be allowed to convert our old petrol or diesel car to be low emission, and have the same benefits of hybrid and low emission cars. such as low or no tax , and pushing E85, e87
diesel cars can be run on bio diesel or vegetable oil which is much lower in emission then diesel it self , conversion kits are readily available. petrol cars can be converted to run on high ethanol blend and run much cleaner , LPG runs cleaner then petrol that should be pushed once again for petrol cars.
