MPs to take a temporary pay cut to assist with NHS funding
The national average wage for UK workers 16/17 is £28000. An MPs average salary as of April 16 is £74962, excluding expenses. If MPs took a "temporary" paycut closer to average wage, they could allow that money to go towards helping our struggling NHS.
This could be in place till a more suitable revenue was found; such as the money that should be available after we have left the EU. Or from another place instead of crippling the taxpayers.
