Make it illegal to wear clothing that covers the face in public places
I and many other people feel uncomfortable when we are faced with someone who's face is covered. I don't know who they are or what their intentions are. They could be friend or foe, but how am I meant to know? Will they shake my hand or stab me? Either way I should be able to identify them.
