Bring back licences for businesses wanting to sell tobacco related products.
At this time there is no regulation for the selling of tobacco related products which is, in my opinion, 'feeding' the sales of illicit goods. I would like to see the Government bring back licencing to work the same way as an alcohol licence with the decision process being through local councils.
