Stronger penalties against Hash smoking or possession
I am a London resident who has to deal with hash smokers every day. These people aren't like weed smokers, they are so much worse. The hash smells so much and stinks my building up, plus the hash they're smoking is mostly rubber and mud and it does horrible things to their bodies unlike weed smoke.
