Stop Council Household Waste Recycling Centres charging for any domestic waste.
Councils are increasingly starting to charge for waste deemed as non-household waste despite deriving from a household. This includes, rubble, plasterboard, sanitary ware, drainage pipes etc.This is not cost effective and will increase the amount of fly tipping.This excludes commercial derived waste
Staffordshire county council charge £6 to dispose of a toilet with cistern.

Councils should aim to encourage recycling and correct disposal of waste, not discourage it by charging.
