Both Parents assumed Equal parental rights(50 50) unless safeguarding issue .
The continued removal of loving parents through the family courts when one party has less rights, I believe is putting strain on our society as its causing the parents and the children mental health issues( such as self esteem), which in the long term is having a detrimental impact on our nation.
