Make it a criminal offense to groom a child by text in The UK
It is a criminal offense in Scotland for an adult to groom a child by text, in England Wales and NI it is not, it is against the law to send explicit images or arrange contact with a child but not text conversations, a law Has been discussed but has not been ratified, Government please act now
LBC 28/02/17 Sheilagh Fogarty show had NSPCC spokeswoman talking about her frustration at lack of government reaction, justice secretary needs to put this important law to parliament
