decrease school hours and make the quality of schools better
normally school starts around 8:30- 9am, and ends around 3-4pm. As a country we spend most of our hours in work/school. we are one of the hardest working countries in the world. our education index for 2013 was 0.86, 13th in the world. we work more hours than the highest ranked country, Australia.
