Has council tax become a tax on the poor and working classes
It doesn't seem right or fair that bands stop at H £320,000.00 when house prices continue to go on up in value all the way up £90,000,000.00 a Z if there ever was 1. These massive places clearly will be using and draining more of the local amenities /infrastructure
