Builders exploit client playing tricks of the trade.wide price range quotes from builders for similar work,take advance money delay work,start on multiple site without capacity to finish in time,rude & threatening to leave work,poor quality work then promised,no help from council,etc helpless client

Additional Information

builder & engineer did my loft conversion with council rules but made it wrong due to ignorance of exact rules.I have paid them but now waiting decision on my appeal to council.I am under stress and helpless. he took further two works(porch & garden shed),both unfinished after many months Arguments,rude and threatening behaviour from builder stopping the work many days at a time,taken money more than the work done so far.No governing body on Builders makes them fearless&ruthless towards clients
