Petition Action

Increase custodial sentencing for animal abuse from the current 6 month maximum.

Petition Details

In light of the recent sickening act committed upon 'Scamp', who had a nail driven through his skull in a botched DIY euthanasia, we implore the Government to increase the maximum custodial guidelines currently allowed, from a 6 months minimum, to a 5 year maximum, in order to deter such offences.
