Turn smoking on hospital grounds into a criminal offence.

Petition Details

All hospitals in Engalnd are supposed to be smoke free, however there are no enforceable penalties for breaching this request. By criminalising this act, the cases if smoking on hospital grounds will reduce, which will benefit ill or recovering patients.
