Give armed forces personal first priority to rehabilitation.
The homeless are constantly battling addiction, but armed forces personal (homeless or not) who rely on drugs and alcohol to cope should be given first priority to rehabilitation units across the nation. They are treated appallingly considering they lay their lives on the line for this contry.
