Make prescriptions free to all people with a lifetime illness.
Prescriptions should not have to be paid for by someone with a lifetime illness. At the current rate of £8.40 per item, paying this for just 30 years would cost the patient £3,024. In many instances people have more than one item this doubling or even trebling this cost to £9,072.
