Unilaterally protect and guarantee the rights of EU citizens living in the UK.
The c.3.3 million EU citizens living in the UK should be provided with an immediate guarantee of their rights by the government. The government should also demand the same for UK citizens living in the EU. Neither side should be used as bargaining chips in the forthcoming negotiations.
