Make possible for people on state pension to be allowed paid carer's allowance.

Petition Details

Having to give up any chance of extra income in order to look after Father. This saves government money but puts a financial burden on me. Carer's allowance paid to state pension drawers would save money for local authorities who would have to meet the care needs.
