Start banning people with 12 or driving points as they keep getting more
Highway code states that anyone who gets 12 points or more MAY be banned. Why may when they have committed the crime more than once
New drivers in the first 2 years getting 6 points or more will lose their licence so why not driver who have more than 2 years
I call this discrimination against new drivers and letting others get away with breaking the law
