Ban the use of strobing front lights on cycles as it is off-putting for drivers.

Petition Details

Cycles have extremely bright flashing lights which can cause drivers at night to lose concentration and cause accidents. I understand they have to be seen but high level strobing lights is more dangerous to other road users.
