Stop Aster Groups HUGE garage rental increases
Aster Group have banded they Garages into 3 sizes and introduced licences as a way around rent increase caps - therefore they have been able to introduce huge rent increases
Increases are around the 68.5% mark but in some cases as much as 120% which will mean many people in areas of social deprivation being forced to give up their garages and hugely increase parking problems on the housing estates
