Enable police to automatically seize bicycle when caught red light jumping.
Everyday, thousands of cyclist ignore red traffic lights. Little is done other than to provide small fine or "slap on the wrist", this clearly is not an effective deterrent. Allowing the police to automatic seize an offenders bicycle might make people thick twice.
