Nationwide Building Society - Added Re-mortgage fee with higher mortgage rates.
Was already on a high interest rate on mortgage with Nationwide Building Society. The Re-mortgaged by adding application fee at the current high rates rather than using the new rate that was applied for. This application fee in turn incurred unnecessary interest charges on the fees
Currently on 5.88% rate and Re-mortgage at 1.18 with Nationwide Building Society. They added my application fee £999.99 to the loan at 5.88% and continue to charge interest at that rate until when they decide to switch my application at the time suitable to them. This is financial robbery at the highest level.
