Allow people with dementia to qualify for the parking blue badge
People with dementia become even more confused in public places like car parks. The brain doesn't transfer what they see into potential danger. I cannot leave my husband alone for his own safety so I have to take him everywhere with me. This change would support dementia sufferers and their carers.
