REVIEW THE CHILD MAINTENANCE SERVICE
In an attempt to get a review of the way in which the Child Maintenance Service calculate payements whilst not taking into consideration any other financial commitments the paying parent has or wether they are capable / willing to care for and contribute in their own way
Also if the other parent is being non cooperative then this should be penalised
