Significantly increase the penalties imposed for cruelty to any animal.
I live in New Marske Redcar North Yorks, We have recently had a case of two men driving a nail into an elderly dogs head and burying it and leaving it for dead. The dog was found still alive by a couple out walking unfortunately it had to be put to sleep by a vet.
