Create a register to put animal abusers on with bans for life.

Petition Details

Animals do not deserve abuse. One of the first indicators of a psychopath is animal cruelty. Therefore I am asking for a register to be created where anybody that has been convicted of abusing an animal is put on a register similar to the sex offenders register.

Additional Information

There are continuously news stories of people who are hurting and killing innocent animals for no reason whatsoever. Look anywhere on social media and the news. It's disgusting behaviour and it's about time something more was done about it.
