Force housing association to give rent payers the right to buy there home
Under the right to buy schemes poor familys get the chance to own there home as the discount can be up to 70%
Under the right to aquire you only get 10% discount forcing people to not try to..
Usually the rent you pay is far more than what the mortgage would cost
