Award the Lisbon Lions knighthoods for their contribution to British football
In 1967 Celtic were the first British team to win the European Cup. The team comprised players all born within 30 miles of Celtic Park in Glasgow. This unique achievement paved the for the many other British teams to go on an win the European Cup and Champions League in the next 50 years
