High earners should pay 100% market rate if they live in council housing

Additional Information

Any family with a joint income above £60,000, living in social housing, should pay rent equivalent to market rates. The funds generated should be used to make more social housing available for those who really need it. Applications for social housing by families with a joint income above £60,000 should be declined in future.
