The registration of cyclists so they can be identified.
Cyclists are able to use the public highway anonymously. I feel that cyclists should be held responsible for their actions on public roads and should not be anonymous. Other users of the roads have to have registration so they can be identified I feel cyclists should be the same.
There have been reports of accidents caused by cyclists but because one cyclist is much like another no one can be held to account.
