Petition Details

We bought a shared ownership property from L&Q in London in November 2013. Since then the Service Charges have risen by £60 PER MONTH, that's £720 PER YEAR in just 3 years! If any other company regulated by either Ofcom, Ofwat, Ofgem, etc, were to make similar rises there would be national uproar!

Additional Information

We can bring to bear a mass of evidence of three years of complaints, including meetings with Len Duvall at the GLA and our MP, Vicky Foxcroft, who are all aware of these matters. Also, read on:

This widespread overinflated charging is out of control and it cannot go on unchecked!
