Repeal The Human Rights Act and replace it with a Bill Of Rights
Whilst it is fundamental for human rights to be protected the European Court's judiciary's often wholly arbitary decisions makes a mockery of the original five protocols whose principles were borne out of war and strife. A drafted Bill Of Rights which enshrines human rights but is a more pertinent document to take into account an ever changing world situation is now essential.
