Ban sleeping in the house of commons and house of lords. This a place of work.
Many times MPs and Lords are spotted sleeping setting debates, meetings and gatherings in the houses of parliament. This is a place of work and sleeping at work is gross misconduct. This is serious breach of coduct and trust in these people who supposedly have our interests at heart
