Extend Secondary School hours to 5pm

Additional Information

Since Children as young as 9 and 10 are given daily homework, I propose that parent's childcare could be eased, allowing more parents to get back to work, by extending Secondary (and possibly Primary) school hours to 5pm and giving children less 'home' work.
