Petition Action

We ask that the EC Act 1972 is repealed urgently & disregarding A50 for Brexit

Petition Details

We formally object to The Lisbon Treaty A50 being used for Brexit from The E.U as it would mean the U.K would lose valuable resources i.e.our defence to the EU, North sea oil reserves other resources, our fishing rights. We the people of The U.K wish to regain our independent sovereign nation state.

Additional Information

Evidence for handing over our Defence to the EU is the Lancaster house agreement made between David Cameron and Nicolas Sarkozy.
Our fishing rights would create jobs and industry for much needed tax revenue when we rid ourselves of the CFP. A common Energy Policy would mean that the UK could have reduced oil and gas leaving some counties without if the EU felt it needed ours, quoting, Norway has said "no that the offshore directive is irrelevant to individual nation states".
