Make women who lie about rape and take the man to court a criminal offence
Sometimes women will accuse men of rape to get back at them for breaking up with them or some other reason and half of the time the guy gets taken to court. I feel this is wrong as half of the time it is either put on their record or they are publicly shamed. This should be a criminal offence.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what you would like the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Your petition asks for the law to be changed to punish people who make false accusations of rape.
Making a false allegation of a crime may already in some circumstances lead to a jail sentence - for example, if someone is found guilty of perverting the course of justice. In other cases, people who are accused of making false accusations may be prosecuted for wasting police time.
It is not therefore clear to us how you would like the law to be changed.
