Fine MP's and members of the Lords who fall asleep while on parliamentary duty.
MPs and Peers are paid through our taxes. Often they can be seen sleeping during debates. Those doing so should be fined for dereliction of duty and fraudulent activity.
Sleeping on the job is not acceptable.
Plenty of evidence to be found on Parliamentary broadcasts.

We can only accept petitions about matters that the Government or the House of Commons are responsible for. We can't accept petitions calling on the House of Lords to take action.
