Give self-employed access to employment benefits such as sick pay & maternity
The chancellor announced in the budget that the self-employed will now pay more in NI contributions to make the system fairer and to close the gap between employed and self-employed. If in the name of fairness then pay sick pay, maternity/paternity and holiday pay to the self-employed.
