Include in the Brexit terms the right for individuals to remain EU citizens
48% of those voting in the referendum wished to remain in the EU. Accepting the principle of rights being retained would give those who regret the cessation of membership a tangible link with Europe. It would enable young adults who were not allowed to vote a chance to retain a link with Europe.
