Make the display of hygiene rating mandatory for food industry businesses.
Businesses with a hygiene rating of zero can currently hide that fact, and continue being absolute pigs, at the risk of public health, and for the benefit of their wallet. I firmly believe that if a business is forced to display their hygiene rating, they will be much more likely to make an effort.
Basically, do you want people getting food poisoning, or nah? Just sign the petition and get the filthy places shut down and stopped.
