Make self-employed National Insurance Contributions fair.
It is not fair that from April 2018 those earning less than the Small Profits Threshold (currently £5,965) will have to pay £733 a year to access National Security, while those earning more - between £5,965 and £8,060 (the current Lower Profits Threshold) - will pay £0 to access them.
