Pay Child Maintenance To Single Parents Only
Child Maintenance should be paid ONLY to single parents as when they start another relationship or get married, their income increases.
The paying parent has new relationship children taken into account on their earnings, so why shouldn't the receiving parents partner's income be also taken into account as they are now supporting the children.
