Fathers and their National Insurance number on a birth certificate
I propose that it is LAW that every birth certificate issued in the UK MUST contain the name and National Insurance number of the Father. This would have two main benefits , first to be able to trace absent fathers and second to reduce the number of children being born irresponsibly
