Deny a referendum on Scottish independence unless all UK citizens get a vote.
Parliament, if it allows the Scots a second referendum, should do so on the understanding it will also implement a binding yes/no veto referendum so that English, Welsh, and Northern Irish voters can have a say: after all, the UK is our country too!
