Votes for Scots living in the UK in any referendum on an independent Scotland
In the UK there are many Scots living and working outside Scotland. These scots had no say in the last referendum and were denied a once in a lifetime opportunity to participate. Now that the Scottish Parliament may seek another referendum the case for a wider electorate should reviewed.
