Petition Action

To insist on a 100 year clause in any section 30 order for Scottish independence

Petition Details

David Cameron's government naively took the SNP at their word that the 2014 Scottish Independence Referendum was a, "Once in a generation," Event. It is therefore imperative that any future Section 30 order granted to the Scottish Government for this purpose contains a 100 year, no referendum clause

Additional Information

A 100 year, no independence referenda, clause must be agreed upon to stop the continuous division of Scottish society and to bind participants to the result.
